Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule within seven days of the scheduled date with no penalty.

If you reschedule within the last two-to-five day window, you’ll be charged for half of the visit.  

Same-day, or day-before cancellations will be charged the full price. . . because you basically prevented someone else from enjoying a Full Plate.

If for any reason Full Plate has to cancel, there will be no charge. In addition, your next booking will be half price (to compensate for any inconvenience I may have caused you).
